Besides our reservation center, which is available 7 days a week, you can contact our resort directly anytime via telephone, email, or fax. The easiest and quickest way is to book via our booking engine on this webpage where you simply have to enter the requested date.

Changing or Cancelling My Reservation

To change or cancel a reservation that is within the cancellation time frame, please click on modify or cancel button.

Hotel information

Contact information for the resort (such as address, phone and fax numbers) is listed in the resort overview page.

Special requests can be made when making your hotel booking online. Requests for rollaway beds, crib preferences, as well as any requests noted in the comment section during the reservation process online can be made. Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honoured depending on availability at check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please call the resort directly.

The resort caters to all including the physically challenged with appropriate accessible equipment.

Children aged 12 and below (maximum 2 per room) stay free provided they share the same bedding with parents. Extra beds are available at RM125Nett per room per night.

Children aged 6 and below are entitled to free breakfast. Children aged 7 - 12 years old pay at 50% off the adult breakfast charge.

For lost items, please contact the resort directly. If you can, do so as soon as you realise your item is missing as it is more likely that your item can be found. The resort will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you.

A scheduled shuttle bus will take guests into the city. As for airport transfer, we recommend that you take the airport transfer that the resort offers to all its guests. Prices vary according to the vehicle.
